weeniewanderings: Sophie racing in the Florida Wiener Dog Derby (she’s in lane 4) Well, I think Sophie’s racing career is over. In both races, she didn’t want to come out of the starting gate. I did notice that most of the winners and dogs that really ran were short-hairs. Most the long-haired dogs weren’t even wanting to participate (like Sophie). I chalk this up to their more laid back nature....
